User privacy

We do not track any of the actions you take in your wallet. We strive to put privacy first:

• When you make a transaction using a third party that redirects you to their services, such as an on-ramp partner, they will capture your IP address and may conduct identity verification checks to meet their obligations under sanctions and anti-money laundering laws. You should review the privacy notices and terms of service of those third parties.
• We use both Centralized and Decentralized Exchange Aggregators (CEX and DEX). They will also process your wallet address, related transaction data and your IP address but will ONLY use this data to fulfil the transaction (including getting a quote).

Security

The Wallet is non-custodial, meaning you are solely responsible for your private keys and recovery phrases. While we implement robust security measures, users are responsible for safeguarding their private keys and securing their assets. We do not store or manage your credentials and cannot recover lost keys or phrases. 

Third-party services

The Company's cryptocurrency services may rely on blockchain technology and third-party providers for certain functionalities, including but not limited to exchange services and transaction processing. Users acknowledge and understand that all the transactions related to cryptocurrencies are executed by third parties and consent to abide by the terms and conditions established by these providers.

Aloha Browser does not endorse or offer promotions, discounts, or benefits through third-party exchanges or platforms. Any offers received from external sources claiming to be affiliated with Aloha Browser should be treated with caution and shall be verified through our official channels. Aloha Browser is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of your interaction with third parties.

High-risk activities

Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and investing in them carries significant risks. Users should conduct thorough research and exercise caution before engaging in any financial transactions. Users are solely responsible for the transactions they perform using the Wallet.

Regulatory compliance

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and taxation requirements concerning cryptocurrency transactions. We do not provide legal or regulatory advice, and users are advised to seek professional guidance to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks.

No liability or responsibility

Users expressly acknowledge and agree that Aloha assumes no liability or responsibility for any actions, services, or advice provided by third parties in connection with the operation of the Wallet. Aloha Browser is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Wallet, including loss of funds or unauthorized access.

This disclaimer serves as a legally binding agreement between users and Aloha Browser (Aloha Mobile Ltd of Cyprus). We reserve the right to modify or update this disclaimer at any time. Your continued use of the Wallet following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
